    Superior will ship orders C.O.D. or we will accept MASTERCARD, VISA, or AMERICAN EXPRESS.
    For open account status, please fill out the Request for Credit Application form. We will fax or e-mail one to you.

    We also have a leasing program for customers who would prefer to lease rather than buy.
    Simply fill out the Request for Credit Application form and we will begin the leasing procedure.
